Why HubSpot Is Still My Favorite Marketing Tool After 7 Years
I’ve been using HubSpot since 2018. That’s seven years of logins, campaigns, workflows, and dashboards, across my own business and dozens of clients.
And even after all that time (and plenty of other platforms tested along the way), HubSpot is still my favorite marketing tool.
Here’s why.
1. They actually listen to their customers
One of the biggest reasons I’ve stayed loyal to HubSpot is how responsive they are to customer feedback.
I’ve watched them evolve their tools based on what businesses actually need — not just what looks good in a product update. From simplifying email design tools to improving reporting flexibility and building out their CRM integrations, HubSpot truly listens.
It’s clear they take user feedback seriously — not as a box to check, but as part of their product roadmap.
2. They’re constantly innovating
The HubSpot of 2025 looks completely different from the HubSpot I used back in 2018. And that’s a good thing.
HubSpot has consistently stayed ahead of the curve — launching new features, improving old ones, and adapting to how businesses really work today.
Now, with their AI-powered tools, they’re taking it to another level. From content assistants and AI email writers to predictive analytics and smart reporting, they’re making marketing more efficient without losing the human touch. HubSpot isn’t just keeping up with innovation — they’re leading it.
3. It’s truly an all-in-one solution
There are so many tools that claim to be “all-in-one.” But what they really mean is “we integrate with ten other platforms you’ll still have to pay for.” HubSpot actually delivers.
CRM, email marketing, automation, reporting, ads, landing pages, customer service — it’s all there. And because everything lives under one roof, your data stays clean, your workflows run smoothly, and your marketing finally feels connected.
4. It grows with your business
When I first started using HubSpot, I was managing simple email campaigns. Now, I’m building full-funnel automations, lead scoring systems, and multi-touch attribution reports — all within the same platform.
HubSpot scales with you. Whether you’re a small business on the Starter plan or an enterprise company with multiple teams, the tools expand to fit your needs. That flexibility means you don’t have to start over when your business levels up. You just keep building.
5. The community is unmatched
Beyond the software itself, HubSpot has built something that’s hard to replicate: a genuine community.
From HubSpot Academy and user groups to partner communities and events like INBOUND, there’s endless support and education available. If you ever get stuck, someone out there has solved it, and they’re usually happy to share how.
After 7 years, here’s what I’ve learned
HubSpot isn’t perfect (no platform is). But what sets them apart is that they’re always improving — always listening, always innovating, always putting customers first.
That’s why, after 7 years, I’m still using HubSpot every single day. And it’s why I still recommend it to every business that wants to grow smarter, not harder.
