The Client

The Storm Guys

The Storm Guys is an auto hail repair company serving customers across Colorado and Texas, with additional nationwide work supporting fleet repairs after major hail events. They manage a high-volume, time-sensitive service business where trust, visibility, and brand recognition are critical.

Engagement Timeline:
January 2024 – May 2024

My Role:
White-label social media strategist and manager supporting content planning, publishing, and brand-level growth.

The Problem

TrueVyne needed a social media partner to support an ongoing client with:

  • A clear social media strategy

  • Consistent content creation and posting

  • Day-to-day management of brand social channels

Early in the engagement, there was discussion around creating region-specific social media accounts. After reviewing the client’s capacity and current presence, I recommended a more focused approach—prioritizing growth and consistency on the primary brand accounts before expanding into multiple regional profiles.

This ensured effort wasn’t diluted and allowed us to build a stronger foundation first.

The Solution

Social Media Marketing
Strategic Social Media Built for the Reality of the Business
I developed a comprehensive social media strategy designed to:
  • Increase brand visibility

  • Support top-of-funnel awareness

  • Encourage engagement around storm response and repair services

The strategy leaned heavily on short-form, high-engagement content—particularly Reels—to help the brand stay visible during both peak hail seasons and quieter periods.

Working Within Real-World Constraints

A key component of the original strategy included interviewing team members and capturing behind-the-scenes video content to humanize the brand and build trust.

Due to limited internal availability, that portion of the strategy wasn’t able to be executed during the engagement. As a result, content creation focused on:

  • Platform-appropriate visual content

  • Brand-level messaging

  • Educational and awareness-driven posts

Despite the hands-off nature of the engagement, the strategy remained aligned with the client’s goals and available resources—allowing social media to stay active and intentional without overextending the team.

Client Testimonial

"We hired Ashley over a year ago to help with some changes and updates we needed done with our Hubspot platform. To say she exceeded expectations would be an understatement. Everything we needed she did...and did flawlessly.

Ashley was also able to see other gaps and opportunities for improvement. She was able to quickly provide solutions and get them implemented.

In short, Ashley has been an amazing resource for our business!"
