The Problem

Hagadone Media Group serves multiple distinct markets across four states. They had the tools and the reach, but their marketing systems needed structure. With audience segments spanning Idaho, Montana, Washington, and Hawaii, the work wasn't just about running campaigns. It was about making sure the right contacts were getting the right messages, and that the team could actually see what was working.

The Solution: How I Helped

I came in as the marketing-focused co-consultant through LeadG2, working behind the scenes to build the systems and execute the strategy.

Campaign Management

I led the end-to-end execution of three full marketing campaigns — from concept to deployment. Working closely with the lead consultant and content strategist, I project managed every moving part: coordinating copy, overseeing design submissions and client reviews, building all HubSpot assets, and conducting internal quality checks before anything went live. When it was time to launch, I owned it.

HubSpot Infrastructure

I supported the setup of segmentation across their four distinct markets and helped build lead routing notifications to make sure the right contacts were reaching the right people. I also built custom reports and dashboards so the team had clear visibility into what was happening, not just activity, but meaningful data they could act on.

Email Marketing

I took copy written by the content strategist and built each email from the ground up in HubSpot — designing the layout, managing send and exclusion lists, and deploying to the right audiences. After each send, I reported on performance and came back with concrete observations on what to adjust next time. The goal was never just to get emails out the door. It was to make sure every send was thoughtful, clean, and connected to a clear outcome.

Social Media

I managed social content across both campaign-specific posts and general awareness content — handling the scheduling and execution in HubSpot so that what was happening on social stayed connected to the broader marketing picture. Whether a post was tied to an active campaign or building long-term visibility for their publications, it was treated with the same level of intention.

Lifecycle Strategy

I set up custom lifecycle stage tagging to bring structure to how contacts moved through the system. Instead of a flat list, they had a clear picture of where leads stood and how to respond.

Ongoing Consulting

I participated in bi-weekly consulting calls to share updates, flag issues early, and keep the marketing side of the project moving in the right direction.

What This Looked Like in Practice

This was a complex, multi-market account with a lot of moving pieces. My role was to keep the marketing side structured and accountable, not just executing tasks, but making sure the systems made sense together and that nothing fell through the cracks.

Working through an agency partner like LeadG2 meant operating with professionalism and precision. I functioned as a true extension of their delivery team: someone they could trust to own the work, communicate clearly, and represent their standards with the client.

Client Testimonial

"We hired Ashley over a year ago to help with some changes and updates we needed done with our Hubspot platform. To say she exceeded expectations would be an understatement. Everything we needed she did...and did flawlessly.

Ashley was also able to see other gaps and opportunities for improvement. She was able to quickly provide solutions and get them implemented.

In short, Ashley has been an amazing resource for our business!"
