Digonex is a team of experts building automated dynamic pricing solutions. Their automated solutions have consistently delivered strong results across a variety of markets and business conditions, and their clients see double-digit percentage growth in revenue.

The Problem:

Incomplete Pipelines & Unreliable Reporting

LeadG2 needed extra support on the Digonex account, and pulled me in to support with finalizing their deal pipeline, setting up their lead pipeline, and ensuring leadership has digestible, accurate reporting.

I stepped into the project while it is was already in progress. Another account lead was helping the team set up their sales pipeline, but they needed to transfer this account to someone else. I learned about what progress had been made, what the end goal was, and stepped in for a smooth transition.

The Solution:

Customized Pipelines & Accurate, Digestible Dashboards

HubSpot Deal Pipeline Completion

I finished building their sales pipeline, ensuring that HubSpot mirrored their process. In addition, I set up automation (property tagging, notifications, etc.) to enhance their process, freeing up salespeople to work with more engaged prospects.

HubSpot Lead Pipeline Setup

After completing the deal pipeline, the team wanted to set up the lead pipeline. They knew it would be vital to their B-to-B business but had no idea how to set it up themselves. We conducted a discovery session to uncover how they needed it to function, then I built it accordingly. 

The sales team began using it, and we made a few refinements. The team walked away with an efficient process from the time a new lead comes in to the time they become a customer and are handed off to the client services team.

HubSpot Reporting Refinement

Once we finished setting up the two pipelines, our focus shifted to ensuring leadership has reporting it can rely on in HubSpot. One of their biggest concerns at the start of me coming onto the project was that they relied on spreadsheets for reporting. Our goal was to eliminate the need for spreadsheets, and use HubSpot as the single source of truth for new business and renewals.

I served as the primary point of contact for the Digonex team, leading all consulting calls, conducting training sessions, and providing timely communications with the client.
